Foundations of yoga is practiced at a slower pace than regular vinyasa style classes, which allows students to breath more deeply as well as increase flexibility, strength, and stamina. This class makes great preparation for a Vinyasa class. Gentle Yoga involves slower Sun Salutations, builds heat in flowing asana sequences, and finishes up with a restorative savasana. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Modifications are available!
