Hot Yoga is a combination of breath with movement through a steady and vigorous sequence of asanas (poses). This is an uplifting, invigorating yoga practice with influence from a variety of yoga styles and liniages. Hot yoga inlcudes a strong emphasis on breath and a short introduction to mudras. Explore your limits and go deeper into your asana practice with the heat. Challenge yourself with advanced variations of classic asana, such as crow, side crow or even headstand. Leave class feeling mentally and physically recharged. Hot yoga is an excellent early evening class that'll leave you feeling happy and balanced after your workday and before your evening. There is time for exploration, modifications, assits, and fun.
