Weekly on Tuesday

37 Society Rd, Niantic, CT 06357

Gentle Yoga at the East Lyme Senior Center is practiced at a slower pace than regular vinyasa style classes, which allows students to breath more deeply as well as increase flexibility, strength, and stamina. This class makes great preparation for a Vinyasa class. Gentle Yoga involves slower Sun Salutations, builds heat in flowing asana sequences, and finishes up with a restorative savasana. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Modifications are available! Class passes can be purchased through the East Lyme, Connecticut Senior Center.
